Seeing What is Really There to See

Inspired by yoga, meditating and chanting this morning,  I was moved to look up an individual on the Internet who's teachings I have always found wondrous and inspiring. Stuart Wilde, a metaphysician, teacher, writer and central figure to many of my personal beliefs concerning reality and the true nature of thought and the Universe graduated to another dimension in 2013 while touring the countryside of his beloved Ireland. Fortunately, both his spirit and work remain in multimedia format. You can learn about Stuart at http://www.stuartwilde.com/

I am sure the reason Stuart Wilde chose Ireland as his home; among many other places on the planet was its 'mysticism' in concentrated forms that surround certain locales in Ireland. Stuart was into all realities especially when they flaunted themselves in the face of modern scientific and religious beliefs about so-called 'reality'.

There was a time on our Earth several thousands of years in the past, when humans naturally 'saw' more than we do today. What was visible to ancients still exists, and is available for us to 'see' today. The means by which we perceive our reality has changed however, and is now clouded with human-made imagery and beliefs. Unfortunately, these fairly new understandings of our existence do not include mysticism, multi-dimensional thinking and the spiritual realm. Teachers like Stuart Wilde did much to reintroduce ancient awareness to modern culture and I am happy to include myself as a student of his many teachings.

Early in my working career with a small newspaper chain, I became well acquainted with its President who became my mentor during my early twenties. He too was a teacher in that he practiced the search for reality predicated on the teachings of great masters of the past and introduced them to open minded individuals like me. He too graduated to another dimension in 2007 I have only recently sadly learned. Although his physical presence has vanished just like Stuart Wilde's, his spirit too lives on and directs me daily.

I am beginning to slowly understand my interest in alternative thinking and my propensity to pass along what I discover. It is part of me now, and I want to continue to share my discoveries about the true nature of the Universe. If there is but one individual who benefits even in a small way, I have fulfilled my inclination to be tender, generous, respectful and compassionate to all the souls I meet.

Read a little bit of Stuart Wilde's work with an open heart and soul. You will gain more perspective that way and no doubt contribute more positively to the world around you.
