Worry. Young and old tend to do much of it. With older people, I've observed that what appears to trigger 'worry-energy' often relates to the perception of being nearer 'end-of-life'. Funny though, when you think of it, any moment could be your last no matter your age or health. Certainly there is much one could choose to 'worry' about in general here, at this time, on this planet and perhaps beyond it. But is worry ever the right approach?
There is a better way to live. It comes in the form of thinking positively and enthusiastically (with a higher frequency of vibration) about things like comfort, creativity, love, enjoying a good meal or whatever. But the worry thing?
We all have to 'use our heads' more. Practice and exercising of the mind will make a healthy soul which is what we should be working toward as our essence lives on after mortal dispatch.
Exercise: Try this very simple 'proof-of-concept'; Think about an outcome of a minor nature (start small) that you would like to happen in your life in the near future - within a week. Examples could be a promotion at work, a happier relationship with your partner, maybe meeting a potential partner or getting to know a neighbour better. Take some time to think of something that you can wrap your head around easily and believe in...In other words, it's not too far beyond your reach but it's not yet happened in your life. Maybe put the new Mercedes on hold until you get good at this...
Once you have the thought in mind, guess what you need to do? That's right, think about it lots. This means setting an alarm on your mobile phone or writing it on a PostIt note and sticking it in the corner of your computer screen. Why not make it a wallpaper on your phone or write it in lipstick on your bathroom mirror. Whatever you do, just do it. Give it the few moments it deserves and set up your desired goal with the idea that you are giving it the advantage it will need to transpire. Be sure to take a minute or more every morning (when you first wake up) and evening (just before you retire to bed) and just think about your desire. It's also very effective if you can audibly speak your goal in the first person as if it has already happened for you. For example; "I have a calmer, more trusting and loving relationship with..." Don't be afraid to be as specific as you can. The more detail the better. Then, watch your desire manifest in your life within one week. This really does work.
Do this often, make it a habit and you can transcend worry once and for all and discover the power of creative visualization instead. It's the 'happy' edge of the sword. And it will slice off more enjoyable moments in your life. Moments you can share with the world. We need more of them. So do your part. -A.N.

"Worry is negative goal setting and whatever you think about too much simply happens/manifests in your life."It's no secret. Fortunately (or not) it is a two-edged sword, and with some education and effort, you can transform the habit of worry into a thing known as 'creative visualization'. But people go on and on in an unconscious-conscious state, worrying about everything and getting all of the things they don't want.
