Cosmic Consciousness In Everyday Life --- Or, How to Speak To The Universe

Nothing exists until it is thought into existence. Nothing remains in existence until it is observed by at least one part of the whole, which is one.

“Believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.”

Mark 11:24

The Universe is a reflection of consciousness. Everything in your life, your reality, and your experiences is like an audition for your attention just as the way celestial bodies orbit around the sun. Your perceptions and sensations depend entirely on the energy you invest. That which you ignore ceases to exist in your experiential realm. The challenge arises from the unconsciousness with which we often navigate this process. Anything that transpires in your life need not become your experience if you choose not to lend it your attention.

This may sound counterintuitive but it's a fact worth considering. When you refuse to invest your consciousness, events and circumstances lose their impact on your vibrational frequency.

In the realm of the law of attraction, thoughts are often touted as the creators of reality. However, thoughts in and of themselves are empty vessels. They simply vie for your attention. You hold the power to energize them by saying, “Yes”, or dismiss them with a “No thank-you.” Thoughts direct the flow of your energy, determining the Universe’s response. Thus, the key to communicating with the Universe lies in directing your energy toward thoughts that resonate with positivity and ignoring those that emanate negativity.

Number one on our journey to speak to the Universe, is paying attention yo your attention. From the moment you enter this world, the Universe inquires, “What do you want?” To effectively communicate your ideas to the Universe, understand the language of energy it speaks. The Universe doesn’t decree languages. It reads your vibrational reactions. Any reaction you offer to the Universe is seen as “Yes, please give me more of that.” Understanding this dynamic is akin to mastering the are of selective engagement. Much like a skilled conductor directing an orchestra, we must choose which thoughts and emotions to amplify through our attention. When we elect to focus our attention on a particular aspect of our reality are, in essence, casting a vote for its amplification. Conversely, by withholding our attention from specific thoughts or circumstances, we convey a message to the Universe that we are opposed to their presence in our experience. This profound realization underscores our immense power in the co-creation of our reality. Our attention serves as the conduit through which we communicate our preference to the Universe dictating the composition of our life’s symphony.

Moving on to the second aspect; Think and speak in the present tense. The Universe in its infinite wisdom recognizes only the “now” as reality as everything unfolds in the present moment. Past and future thoughts may arise but they are like echos while the present is where the Universe listens intently.

When we contemplate the Universe as a manifestation of consciousness, we realize that the very act of thinking is a form of communication with this expansive entity. However, the Universe comprehends our thoughts and feelings differently than. we might initially perceive. Consider this: If you repeatedly say “I will be successful” the Universe hears, “I don’t want success right now.” Instead, feel as though you already possess what you seek.

Every conceivable reality already exists, including what you desire. Feel as though you’ve already achieved it, and the Universe will begin to shape your reality accordingly. The profound implication is that we need to feel as though we already possess what we aim to attract. Every potential reality exists in the vast tapestry of existence including the one we seek. By immersing ourselves in the present moment, feeling as if we have already achieved our desires, we begin to synchronize our vibrational frequency with the Universe’s creative forces. Thus, communication with the Universe involves not just the articulation of desires, but the embodiment of those desires in the “now”.

Continuing our quest to understand how to speak to the Universe, we reach the crucial step of expanding your consciousness. To do so is akin to acquiring expertise in a complex game where the rules are not always evident. Life, unlike a linear story is a dynamic and interactive game and your level of mastery is determined by your awareness of its multifaceted dimensions.

Consider this analogy: When you engage in a poker game with seasons players, those who are novices can easily fall prey to their strategic maneuvers. In a similar vein, as you expand your consciousness and become aware of the myriad variables in the Universe you enhance your ability to navigate the complexities of life. It’s akin to learning the unspoken rules of the game enabling you to make well-informed decisions and ultimately to gain greater control over your own reality.

The process of expanding your consciousness entails broadening your awareness. Awareness of your inner self, your thought patterns, and the Universe that surrounds you. In this game of existence, the more variables your uncover and understand, the better equipped you become to play it skillfully.

By embracing this expanded awareness, you transition from being a passive player to an active participant, making informed choices that align with your reality.

Our forth step is listening to your guidance system which serves as your compass in the vast Universe of energy. As we’ve said, the Universe doesn’t understand human languages; it converses in the language of energy. Thoughts and words often prove unreliable as they rarely align with your true inner state. Your feelings, your “gut”, your intuitive responses — they serve as your guidance system. When something feels good, it resonates with your true path. Conversely, when it feels bad, it indicates a divergence from your authentic self. The guidance system hinges on resonance. Follow what resonates with you, ignore what doesn’t and do not grant significance to what induces negativity.

The ego-mind may try to convince you that following it will lead to pleasure. However, it’s vital to decree the difference between ego-driven desires and true resonance. If it feels good, trust it; if it feels bad, release it. By consistently following the breadcrumb trail of what feels good, you align yourself with your true path, eliminating the need for overthinking.

Now, let’s delve into our fifth and final step; Harnessing the power of repetition. To fathom the Universe is workings peer into the realm of your subconscious mind which mirrors the Universe’s modus operandi. The law of attraction primarily draws from you subconscious; it disregards the fleeting thoughts of your conscious mind which continuously fleet between various subjects. your subconscious mind, unlike the conscious one, lacks the capacity to reject information. It remains impartial, impartially validating all viewpoints. The subconscious cannot differentiate between reality and imagination often evoking emotions as if past events were unfolding in the present.

It’s essential then, to remain grounded in the present and avoid dwelling on past wounds for lingering there can attract similar experiences and perpetuate old mistakes. Moreover, the subconscious lacks intentionality. It’s merely a repository of stored data. It absorbed what garners the most attention including the sum of your social conditioning and personal experiences. Your subconscious does not filter unhealthy thoughts. That responsibility falls upon your shoulders.

Utilizing the power of repetition, you can actively reprogram your subconscious beliefs. Suppose you aspire to transform from insecurity to confidence. Repeatedly affirming “I am the most confident person in the world” can be your mantra. The key lies in not merely parroting empty words, but in genuinely feeling the confidence you seek. Here, it’s essential to recognize that your present state is irrelevant. Your focus should be on what you aspire to become. By persistently reinforcing positive affirmations, they begin to coalesce energetically. Subsequently, your subconscious grasps this shift and starts manifesting it in your field of experience. As you truly feel more confident, your actions and words will naturally reflect this newfound confidence.

In conclusion, remember this fundamental truth; You are the Universe. And speaking to the Universe equates speaking to your higher self. You hold the reins of your existence; you are in control. Investigate your internal state, cleanse yourself and purify your being. The universe reflects your internal state and aligning your consciousness with positivity, you communicate effetely with the Universe. Your reality is your canvass, and you are the artist.

The 7 Principles of Conscious Energy

 ONE

The first principle of the conscious energy field is that it's everywhere and that it manifests itself in everything. There is a realm of pure spirit that exists beyond the field - but in terms of the reality that surrounds us and that gave rise to us, the conscious energy field is ubiquitous.

TWO
The second quality of the field is that it's holographic. The holographic nature of the field simply means that the all of it is contained in every part of it.

THREE
Thirdly - the field is comprised of attention and intention. But attention and intention can exists on different planes. There are many different qualities of attention and intention. If your attention is always qualitatively the same, you will always summon the same quality of data from the field. And if you always summon the same quality of data, you will probably come to believe that this is the only data that's possible. You'll assume that this is the only data that exists.

Suppose you were at a party and you were having a casual conversation with a friend. The two of you are listening to each other and having a dialogue - and you don't really hear what's going on in the rest of the room. It's just a background hum. But then you become aware that somebody across the room has spoken your name. You faintly hear someone saying, "Oh, she's done this," " or He's done that." Immediately your full attention will go to the conversation. Instead of the person who's standing right next to you, you'll be preoccupied with the conversation across the room. And the background hum will be gone too, because you're so intent on summoning that highly selective bit of data into your consciousness. So the quality of our attention, and our selective awareness, controls what we summon forth from the field of infinite possibilities.

Every day we form silent agreements with the people around us about what's possible and what isn't - and out of these agreements we create our so-called reality. But it's a reality with certain well-defined limits, because our attention and intention also have well-defined limits. For example, our attention is habitually directed toward material things because we experience ourselves as material bodies. And fear comes from this, because we think this body is who we are, and we know that one day the body is not going to be there anymore. Fear anchors and attaches us to the material plane, and we don't want to leave it. But by changing the quality of your attention, you can experience other planes of awareness. You can summon a different kind of data from the conscious energy field. This is very important for mastering Synchro Destiny - and it's also the key to banishing fear.

FOUR
The fourth point - the conscious energy field manifests in different vibrations. All these vibrations can occupy the same location in space and time, yet none of them distorts or interferes with the others. The best way to develop your awareness of this is to sense the ongoing vibration in your own body. When you look at a beautiful painting, you see the object and you also feel it in your body at the same time. Make yourself aware of this. When you want to know about a person or something that's happening in your life, bring your attention to the vibrations in your own body. See how your body is responding.

There's a very simple technique that can help you tune yourself to your body's internal vibrations. You can try it right now, or you can wait until you have access to a quiet space and a few minutes of free time. To begin, close your eyes and become aware of every sound that you can possibly hear. Just tune into the sounds - feel them vibrating in your ears, even if the vibration is very slight. See if you can tune into the sounds of the street outside, or of an aeroplane passing overhead, or of someone walking across the floor in the apartment above you. Of course, these sounds are really vibrations. They're vibrations in your own body that are caused by events in the physical world.

Then, tune into the other vibrations in your body. The rhythm of your breathing. The beating of your heart. Tune into each sensation. Bring your whole awareness inside your body. This is so important because you - the real you - is awareness of vibration. You are where your awareness is, and awareness is an infinite and knowing connection with the conscious energy field.

As you become more comfortable with awareness of internal vibration, you can start to move your awareness in different places in space and also in different places in time. This is what clairvoyance really is -- just the ability to direct your attention and your awareness wherever you choose.

Right now, you could close your eyes and put your attention on the most beautiful place you've ever visited, or even on the school where you went to kindergarten or the day you first learned to ride a bicycle. There's nothing supernatural about this - it's simply a matter of attention, awareness, and intention to experience a particular setting in space and time. Because you are where your awareness is.

If your awareness is tuned into the sensations of your body, you can always use this as a direct connection with the conscious energy field. If you want to know the truth about a person or a particular situation, observe what your body's response is. An intuitive person is just someone who's highly tuned into the finest level of sensations in their own physical being.

FIVE
The fifth quality of the field is that the field expresses itself through opposites. The conscious energy field creates experience through opposing energies - or at least that's our perception of it, because at the level of the field these oppositions are able to completely coexist. In the conscious energy field, a coin can be heads and tails at the same time. The distinction between a saint and a sinner doesn't exist. Both are part of the same energy field -- so at the deepest level everyone is both a saint and a sinner.

All of us are divine and diabolical at the same time. Sacred and profane at the same instant. And it's only because we contain these oppositions that our experience of life has any meaning. All experience is by contrast. You can't have hot without cold. You can't have pleasure without pain. You can't have up without down. Opposing energies create experience. Otherwise there's pure bliss, which is fine, too - pure bliss is the source of creation. But pure bliss is not an experience, as we understand it in our daily lives. In order to have experience, there has to be contrast.

SIX
Sixth, the conscious energy field is sexual - not in the narrow sense of the word, but in the sense that sexual energy is the creative energy of the universe. In most life forms that energy expresses itself only through biological creativity - through the reproduction and evolution of the species. But in human beings that creative energy has much wider range. Great poetry is derived from sexual energy in the widest sense of the term. Even the Sistine Chapel is sexual energy. Any time you feel inspired, any time you feel excited, any time you feel passionate, any time you feel enthusiastic - that's an experience of sexual energy.

There is a category of yoga that is known as tantra yoga - this is the area of knowledge that deals with getting in touch with true sexual experience. But one of the premises of tantra is that sexual energy is the creative energy of the universe --- and that any form of inspiration, passion, excitement, enthusiasm is essentially derived from this source. According to tantric doctrine, if you combine that kind of ecstatic experience with intention, you can use the power of that experience in every area of your life.

There are many more aspects of the field that we could talk about. But the seventh and final quality I want to discuss right now is the fact that field is constantly transforming and evolving - just as we as human beings are also transforming and evolving. We're all very interested now in how that evolution takes place, so we're paying extra attention to it. But even if we weren't, everything is evolving from where it is to the next level. There's no regression. It's continuously going higher. You can think of it as if we're all going up the Empire State Building and we're all in different elevators - some are starting from the basement and some are already on the 48th floor, but everyone is moving in a shared direction. So even if no one does anything, even if no one pays any attention at all, the evolutionary process is still happening.

Despite the many ways in which we try to improve ourselves materially and spiritually, the most important thing we can do to hasten and facilitate our evolution is let go of the known - in other words, to relinquish the past. Otherwise we're not going to open ourselves into the unknown. The more we are ready to open ourselves to the unknown, the more likely we are to accelerate our process of evolution. And so attachment to material things is what really interferes with our on-going transformation.

Transformation is happening all the time, and there are many ways of demonstrating this. For example, you could choose something that you consider very important in your life right at this moment. Review its entry point - the time and the place when it started. Then project forward to the time when it will be absent. Accept and celebrate that transformation.

This constant transformation and evolution is occurring in every individual human consciousness just as it takes place in the larger field. Our consciousness - our souls - are always in motion, even during the ordinary activities of the day. - Sleeping, for instance, is a less evolved state of consciousness than dreaming...

Dreaming is a less evolved state than waking, although there is a special category of dreaming called lucid dreaming, which we'll discuss in a moment. But the transformation from ordinary dreaming to waking is a step toward a more evolved consciousness...

Beyond waking, there is a level of awareness in which you gain a glimpse of the silent observer that transcends your individual identity - the witness that was there before you were born and that will be there after you die.

A still higher state of consciousness is awareness of this observer even in dreams and sleep. This is lucid dreaming, in which the dreamer's participation in the dream is observed by a conscious awareness.

When this same slightly removed awareness is cultivated in waking life, consciousness has evolved to what I call the cosmic level. You are in the world but not of it...

A still higher level of transformation is God consciousness. You can see and feel the life throb of the spirit in every object of perception. You realize that everything you see and hear and touch is animated by the full power and wisdom of the universe. This is the level of consciousness that generates synchronicity. It's very important to recognize and cultivate it within yourself.

SEVEN
And the last state is unity consciousness. Where the spirit within you not only perceives but merges with the larger spirit - become one with it. This is where there's instant manifestation of thought into matter. In unity consciousness, there's spontaneous fulfilment of every desire.

So those are the seven qualities of the conscious energy field that I want to emphasize right now;
  1. The field is everywhere and in everything. It's omnipresent.
  2. The field is holographic.
  3. The field is made up of attention and intention.
  4. The field manifests in different vibrations.
  5. The field expresses itself through opposites.
  6. The field is sexual in the sense that all creativity and inspiration is sexual.
  7. And finally, the field is constantly evolving and transforming, just as the consciousness of every human being is evolving and transforming.

The Power of Gratitude

A Force That Can Transform Your Life

Why is gratitude so essential? Gratitude is like a beacon that attracts positive energy and abundance into your life. Gratitude is not just a feeling or a polite gesture, it’s a state of being. A mindset — a way of life that has the potential to enrich your existence beyond measure. Gratitude is like a magnet and when you align yourself with the energy of gratitude, you align yourself with the frequencies of abundance and positivity. Gratitude is in fact, a measurable* frequency that resonates with the Universe’s intelligence.

When you cultivate gratitude, you shift your attention from scarcity toward appreciation for what you already have. You begin to see beauty in the simplest of things, the kindness of others, the beauty of nature, and the countless blessings that surround you. So, gratitude is a catalyst for rewiring your brain. It releases a flood of feel good neurotransmitters such as dopamine and serotonin. Your heart’s coherence increases and you emit a magnetic field of positive energy that draws more of your desires toward you. When you express gratitude, you align your thoughts, emotions and beliefs with your dreams and aspirations. This alignment creates a coherent signal that resonates with the Universe. You begin to send out a clear and harmonious message, and the Universe responds in kind.

Gratitude is a powerful act of faith. When you practice it daily, you develop a profound trust in the Universal Intelligence. You come to realize that your dreams are not just wishful thinking, they are tangible possibilities waiting to manifest. The more you express gratitude for what you are and the gifts you already possess, the closer you come to making your imagined future a reality. Yet, despite its incredible power, many people often overlook or underutilize this transformative force in their lives.

It is possible to be overwhelmed by existence and the complexities of your life but this must be overcome with a philosophy of alignment to energies greater than you can imagine. Believe And Succeed. Think, And Grow Rich. These books are not fiction. They express in different ways, the same thing. When you use faith, or the power of that which cannot be seen, your life will transform because you tap into the energy field of creativity, or that which creates in our dimension, that which you imagine. You become what you think about. That is your destination. It is not a distant shore, it is the force of where you stand in this moment, physically, mentally and spiritually. Gratitude is an anchor that will not let you drift among the waves of existence. It is a beacon signaling the Universe that you are ready to receive. It is a frequency to which your thoughts must be attuned.

So, make gratitude a natural part of your perception and of your outlook. You will be happier, healthier and self assured. People will want to be in your company. You will attract your desires whatever they may be. Your circumstances — indeed, your life — will be transformed, should you wish it to be. Gratitude will supercharge your existence and connect you to genuine reality.

We Need More Leaders

Leadership and Values — What is Leadership?

Leadership to my mind, is the ability to establish and maintain a creative climate, in which people are self-motivated towards the successful achievement of long term worthwhile goals, in an environment of mutual respect that is compatible with their collective and personal values.

How can you lead if you are unclear about your personal values? Personal values do not simply occur. They require a degree of attention, reflection, and cultivation. If you lead with the intention of sharing good values— the things that are important to you and shared with your organization, you must be able to define them without hesitation, much like giving an elevator pitch to a movie producer, or an idea to a busy CEO.

These are my values;

I believe in the virtue of the human mind. I believe in allowing people to direct themselves. I believe in creativity above all, and I believe in unsalted butter. I believe in the words of Kenneth H. Blanchard, author of The One Minute Manager among sixty other books, and my father Hugh F. Nichols who predates Mr. Blanchard by some decades;

“Catch someone doing something right.”

I believe in catching people catching other people doing something right. I believe in abundance versus scarcity. I believe everyone should be encouraged to realize we live in a state of good fortune, rather than a state of manufactured insecurity. I believe in aesthetics and beauty. I believe in integrity and reputation. I think that your past is just a dream, but it’s an important teacher. I believe the future it’s not promised to you or to me. And so we must conduct our days like a great symphony’s encore. Today could be the last performance.

I believe in now — the present moment. And if it becomes monotonous, don’t worry. The present moment has a habit of changing. All we need to do is…something.

I believe in the right to a separate work and a private life, but that it’s alright when the two mingle together from time to time. I think people should be encouraged to think on their own, develop their own ideas, and be encouraged to innovate— provided their ideas share values consistent with progress — personally, politically, ethically and morally. I believe in the five branches of philosophy (ethics, politics, metaphysics, epistemology and aesthetics because because I believe in structured thought.

I believe an air frying versus deep frying. I believe in nutrition versus junk food. I believe in meditation and contemplation with single-minded direction and intent versus drifting on the sea of chance. I believe in love and peace vs. war and hate. I believe in the human spirit, and I believe we can save ourselves, and our planet by simply being authentic, prepared always to fully discover our talents and potential for greatness.

…Develop your team, build  your competencies, learn more about your competitors and trade-partners and above all - perfect your craft…that’s the way forward. (This advice was recently given to me by someone who is present with us today.)

Effective leaders know who they are, and they work to perfect their craft every day. Perfection we are told, is impossible. But, it’s a perfectly honourable intention!

One cannot practice being who one is without conscious and often unconscious practice. I am an artist, a writer, a musician, a songwriter, a philosopher, a craftsman, a poet and a chef. I’m a husband, brother, father, granddad, friend, and business manager. And, I’m a leader.

My life, is one big practice session.

Everyone wants to work for a winner. And you have to be a leader first to be the winner everyone wants to work with..
